Sweet Potato Casserole

 

Casserole:

3 1/2 cups sweet potatoes (mashed)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs (beaten)
1 T vanilla
1/2 cup melted butter
Topping:
1 cup ground pecans
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup melted butter

Mix casserole ingredients together and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.  Mix topping ingredients and spread on top of casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
