Spinach Dip

   

 

1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained
1 can water chestnuts, chopped coarsely

Round sourdough French bread loaf

 

Mix soup with sour cream.  Add spinach and water chestnuts. Chill over night.  Cut out top of French bread loaf, forming hollow bowl.  Spoon dip into hollowed French bread loaf.  Serve with cubed French bread and chopped vegetables.
