Aunt Lou's Apple Crisp |
| 6 cups sliced apples |
| 2/3 cup brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup butter |
| 1 cup flour |
| 1 cup sugar |
| 1/4 cup butter |
| 1 t baking powder |
| 1 egg |
| cinnamon |

Grease 9 X 13 pan and fill with sliced apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Mix as for pie crust the following: flour, sugar, baking powder and butter. Add beaten egg. Spread over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. |
