Swiss Steak

| 1 to 2 lbs cubed/tenderized steak |
| 1/2 cup flour |
| Knorr Leak Soup Mix |
| Olive oil |

Combine flour and soup mix. Dredge steak in mixture. Coat skillet with oil; preheat. Brown steak on both sides. Place steak in crockpot. Deglaze pan with water, wine or stock. Add liquid to crockpot (enough to cover steak half-way). Cook on low 4 to 5 hours or high 8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes. |
