Harold Frederick Linamen was born in Pennsylvania to John and Eyla Linamen. He married Vera Maxine Line June 17, 1950, in Anderson, Indiana, daughter of Charles Line and Ruth Vance. She was born October 20, 1920, in Phelps County, Missouri, and died February 19, 1984, in Anderson, Indiana. Harold married Jan Schrader October 19, 1984, daughter of Coy Schrader and Rosella Hauber. Harold's mother, Eyla, recalls Harold as a cute little boy. He would follow his Grandmother, Jennie, around the house. One time she dropped some garlic, he got into it and the fragrance stayed with him for quite some time. Harold served in the army and was stationed overseas during World War II. Harold and Maxine had two boys: Christopher Eugene and Larry Harold Linamen.
