Farringer

Hans Theobald Debald Ferringer arrived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1750.  He was accompanied by his wife, Anna Barbara, and his three children, Maria Catherine, Hans Theobald, Maria Magdalena, and two step sons.  It is thought that the family settled in Northampton County.  Only two sons, Theobald and Jacob, have been traced. Hans' grandson, George moved from Northampton to Schuylkill County.  George's son, Joseph, and his son, John, moved from Schuylkill to Armstrong County, Pennsylvania in 1832.  For more information on John's sons, Paul and Eli, and his great grandson, Fred, click on the following links:
