Aunt Maxine's Waldorf Salad

1 cup diced celery |
2 cups diced peeled apple |
1 T lemon juice |
1/2 cup walnuts |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
Mix apples and lemon juice together. Combine apples, juice, and remaining ingredients, mixing well. Place in chilled bowl and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. |
