Rice Pudding |
1 quart milk (4 cups) |
1 pint 1/2 & 1/2 |
1/2 cup butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup rice |
Bring
ingredients to a boil, stirring. Cover
and simmer for 50 minutes. Remove
from heat. Beat
3 eggs with 1 tsp vanilla. Stir
into hot rice mixture. Sprinkle
with nutmeg. Note:
May be prepared in crockpot.
