Mississippi Mud Cake I

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 t vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup walnuts
1 cup flaked coconut
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
6 T milk
1 cup walnuts

Beat butter till creamy.  Add sugar, mixing well.  Mix in cocoa.  Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.  Add flour, mixing until combined.  Add coconut and walnuts, using spoon in incorporate.  Spread into greased 9 X 13 pan.  Bake at 350 degrees F.

As soon as cake is taken out of oven, spread marshmallow cream over hot cake.  Let cool 20 minutes.

While cake is cooling, make the frosting, mixing together in a large bowl all frosting ingredients except walnuts.  Blend at low speed.  Gradually increase speed and blend together until smooth.  Stir in half of walnuts.  With a large spoon, spread frosting on top of cake; swirl through marshmallow cream.  Sprinkle top with remaining nuts.
