Pork Shoulder (bone-in)
1 1/2 cups CocaCola Classic (not diet)
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
2 T white vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
1 cup ketchup
4 T butter
For cooking liquid, combine Coke, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic, bouillon granules, mustard, chili powder and cayenne. Reserve 1 cup cooking liquid for sauce.
Place pork in crockpot. Cover with onions. Pour remaining cooking liquid over meat. Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high heat.
Combine reserved cooking liquid, ketchup and butter; heat through. Transfer meat to cutting board; shred. Combine meat and sauce; Serve
